Mandy Reynolds’ experience includes working with property owners, from planning and entitlement of projects to historic tax credit research, and grant writing. After moving back to Maine in 2015, she began volunteering with Build Maine. She has also consulted with urban design & development firm Principle Group out of Boston, working with municipalities across ME, NH and MA to plan, engage, and execute visioning projects.
