As the owner and publisher of Activity Maine Media Company, Stan is a passionate entrepreneur with 30+ years of sales and marketing experience serving Maine’s Hospitality and Tourism industry. Through promoting hundreds of Maine businesses, he’s built strong relationships and a deep understanding of the people, businesses, and opportunities that drive Maine’s tourism economy.

Today, Stan brings that experience and network to his work in commercial real estate, with a focus on hospitality and investment properties. His goal is simple: understand clients’ needs, provide thoughtful guidance, and help buyers and sellers achieve successful outcomes in their commercial and hospitality ventures.

When not working for his clients or volunteering, Stan enjoys staying active by adventuring in Maine’s great outdoors with family and friends.
